Daniel Negreanu is one of the most successful live poker players in the world (both in live tournaments and in the live high stakes cash games) for over a decade, and in this interview with Amanda Leatherman he talks about how he feels about the differences between live poker and online poker.
I like how he talks about the absence of tells and other little things in online poker, and I also believe he’s correct in saying this:
A successful online player will be successful in live poker. A successful live poker player will not necessarily be a successful online poker player.
